Hannah Blake is a somatic healer and founder of Somaya, a meditative movement method that promotes healing and higher states of consciousness. With a background as a professional dancer, Hannah has shared her practice around the globe and expanded to include preparation and integration of psychedelic medicine journeys. She is also the director of programming at Holos Costa Rica, a retreat space and holistic community with indigenous traditional medicines at the center. Through her work, Hannah aims to help others access their innate wisdom through the power of movement and dance.
