Activist. Vegan. Athlete. Leader. Influencer. Change-Maker. Speaker. Entrepreneur. These are just a few of the words that describe the legendary Dominick Thompson. In this conversation Domz lays out his path from the West Side of Chicago dealing drugs to hitting his rock bottom in prison and deciding that abstaining from eating animals was the most compassionate route he could take. In his words, it is bad karma to directly or indirectly cause harm to other beings, whether it is humans or animals. Domz went on to become one of the strongest inmates living only on plants and still is today where you can see him lifting heavy in the gym or racing in triathlons. Domz made a 180 in his life and has dedicated his compassionate activism to changing this world for the better.
