Rosie is originally from Killybegs, Co. Donegal. She is a mother of 2 and has vast experience working with young people both in the clinic and also as a Music Teacher before becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Rosie spent 2 years helping her Canadian clients reprogramme their minds at her Ontario Hypnosis Clinic before coming back to Cabinteely in 2020.

Rosie is very passionate about working with young people and their mental health. She believes that by working out their mental health problems early, whether they be depression, anxiety or weight issues, they will be able to experience their teenage years positively instead of fighting them and ultimately having to change things later in life. Clearing their heads of negative thoughts when they are young, will encourage them to reach for the stars and achieve the absolute best version of themselves and not wonder later “If only I was happy when I was young and had the confidence to do X, Y and Z.”

She is also a professional singer with experience of performing as a soloist with large Orchestras in Canada and in front of large numbers of people and she can help you get the confidence you need to perform on your instrument as she understands how the fear of negative judgment from others can hold people back from performing to their best ability.

She can help you reprogramme your subconscious mind to not be worrying about what other people think as you perform and therefore allowing yourself to be the best musician and performer you can be.
