Join Dr. Jeffrey Gladden and Dr. Stelios Nikolakakis in this episode of Gladden Longevity. Dr. Nik graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Doctor of Optometry Degree in 1996. Dr. Nik currently owns a full-scope Neuro-Visual Optometry practice in Etobicoke. He specializes in treating those with learning disabilities, mild traumatic brain injury, amblyopia, strabismus, and Sports-Vision training for high-level athletes. In this episode, the chat is about letting go of negative emotions and limiting beliefs to move into a compelling future that includes longevity and how to utilize emotions in a supportive construct.
