In this episode, I am dropping in with a couple of reminders, maybe not even reminders, maybe these are things you're hearing for the first time about how to really be supporting your nervous system in your forties. I'm saying in your forties, but I think that these are things that you should be doing in your twenties, your thirties, your forties, your fifties, your sixties, your seventies.

I really do believe that these are actually tips for better, healthier nervous system support for all of us that are living at this time, in this moment in history. Because it's a lot, everything that we're dealing with on our handheld devices is non stop information and notifications and, binging and dinging and pming and dming and all of the things that are coming at us from our phones or iPads, laptops, we are just constantly bombarded.

For so many, we can feel like we wake up and, we're eating a healthy breakfast and we're having a healthy lunch and we're eating good food throughout the day. On the surface, you feel like you are doing everything right, but there's this energy in your body or this fatigue, this kind of exhaustion, your body feeling depleted or feeling deficient and you can't quite put your finger on it.

And a lot of the time, especially for women's health and hormones.

Let’s dive in!
