Ladies, I am just not feeling it today. I feel overwhelmed with life and seriously triggered. I was out of time and had to record in order to fulfill my promise to myself. Unfortunately, I was also triggered for several hours and tried to reset but avoidance is real.
This episode could be triggering if you are triggered by other people being in a triggered state. My mind is definitely not clear but maybe there is a lesson here in showing up anyway.
My promise to you is to always be authentic and to be redundant, real. So here I am. This is me (some days).
