Torre (Tor) White (CPSS, CADC-I) is on a mission to Normalize Mental Health. As the founder of TW Consulting, and the creator of the Power of You & the Power of Youth Mental Health programs, Tor has found immense conviction in teaching and providing programs for equitable mental health solutions. Tor began experiencing her own mental health challenges at a young age and has used this to propel herself into writing two books, hosting a radio show/podcast, Simplee Tor, and launching Mental Health programs. Throughout her career, Tor has worked for dozens of nonprofits and government programs. Tor has also immersed herself into training that provides her professional skills to help including becoming a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), a Nationally Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Certified Recovery Coach, and NC Problem Gambling Ambassador.
