My returning guest today is James Greenshields. James is a husband of over 20 years and an honored father of two amazing women; he served 17 years as an Australian Army Officer and woke up in combat. With over 14 years post-military, James has Co-Founded and been the Lead Facilitator for Leadership and Men's Well-being at the Emergent Leaders Foundation.

He couples experience with First Nation people around the globe, running youth rites of passage for ten years, overlayed on a practical understanding of leadership in environments as diverse as the battlefield, boardrooms, and professional sports, have enabled him to create a new paradigm of leadership - he calls Harmonic Leadership.

We discuss our current chaotic times, the power of community, and how indigenous people helped heal James' PTSD. James expands on his belief that every issue on the planet can be solved at a community level and that community is the essence of why we are alive.
