Welcome baby Blake. Our co-host Kelly welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world on May 17th - under very awful circumstances. Kelly was diagnosed with gestational diabetes as well as hypertension in her third trimester of pregnancy and it was all downhill from there. After an insane and eventful week in the hospital (with multiple medical diagnoses, tests and pain) Blake was safely born via emergency c-section. What could go wrong did go wrong, and this episode tells the events that happened during the best and worst week of her life. The complications didn’t stop there which led Kelly and her husband to have a baby in the NICU and further health concerns for her. From pumping & breastfeeding to feelings of guilt, it’s all in this episode. Stay tuned for part two in the coming months to hear more about Blake’s NICU stay.
