What is your relationship with organization? Are you friends, enemies or acquaintances? We were challenged by a listener to talk about our organizational habits, how we stay organized and to give advice to each other (and you!). We feel like organization may actually be an objective term. What feels productive and organized to one person, may be absolute chaos to someone else. What’s the difference between physical and mental organization? Once again we’ve come to the conversation of balance: finding the habits and tactics that work best for you! Also included in this episode are our fave quick & easy meal/snack ideas that are great for on the go and those with busy lifestyles (so like…ALL OF US!).
Brittany's Burrito Bowl
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can black beans
- 1 small can of corn
- 1/2 cup tex mex cheese
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1/4 cup medium salsa
- handful of chopped cilantro
- 1 or 2 whole avocados (depending on the size) cut into bite size pieces
Kelly’s Add ins
- Halved cherry tomatoes
- Roasted chickpeas
- Chopped red pepper (or whatever colour is your fave)
- HOT SAUCE
mix all ingredients together & enjoy!
