If you’re superstitious and you know it clap your hands! *clap clap* In this episode we sat down to discuss all things superstition: the actual definition, what some of ours are and the reality that even things we didn’t think of as technically being superstitious might actually be. We think superstitions can be fear based, routine based or even spiritual or religiously/traditionally based, and all of them are discussed in this episode. Some definitely seem outrageous at times and some completely practical. Jinxing, deja-vu, psychic thoughts…are they all connected? Can we turn off our superstitious thoughts? How are they even started? Do they serve a purpose and can they affect our mental health?
