If you aren’t aware of To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA), it is something you must do, we beg you. If not for you; for your friends, family, loved ones, your followers, the person in the Starbucks line. This non-profit organization provides a one stop mental health shop. The website is an international portal for resources on how to reach out for help for a n y t h i n g you are suffering with. It’s completely anonymous, so unbelievably helpful, easy to navigate and at the tips of your fingers 24/7. The power and importance of TWLOHA is something that we hoped we could capture in this episode. We spoke with the Director of Outreach, Chad Moses, who has his own heartbreaking story as to why he got started with TWOLHA before becoming an employee. Chad shares his knowledge, we share some of our stories and we learn about what exactly the website and TWLOHA have to offer. Help is possible, help is real and your story matters. This needs to be mainstream, it needs to be talked about & normalized and most of all, it needs to be accepted. Help yourself, help your friends and we wish beyond words that everyone finds the strength to reach out. We need you here.
