I use a personal story to illustrate how easily we can become locked in to our way of seeing situations and how we can use mindfulness to gain a broader and more flexible perspective. Practicing mindful communication can give us the resources to avoid unnecessary conflicts and help us find a greater sense of connection with others. Following the talk there will be guided meditation.
