It’s exhilarating until you realize everyone at the gym is staring like you’re auditioning for a medieval play. Oh, and let’s not forget my brilliant plan to slather myself in some weird moisturizing facial goo—not a dessert topping, just my way of staying warm while working out and pretending it’s science.
