Episode 5- Unlocking Your Body’s Healing Potential with Micki Abels
Manage episode 426970823 series 3573564
Healing and activating our body's ability to heal itself begins with understanding the connection between our mind and body. Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs play a crucial role in shaping our physical health. Self-awareness, cultivating a positive mindset, and adopting practices such as meditation, visualization, and mindfulness can help us activate our body's healing processes at a cellular level. We have been given everything we need to heal when we need to heal, and it all starts with the mind. Unlocking our innate ability to heal begins with changing our thought patterns and creating a conducive environment for healing, enabling our bodies to overcome ailments and achieve optimal health.
In this episode, we talk about healing on a cellular level and our ability to heal ourselves and get unstuck from the genes we inherited from our parents with a returning guest, Micki Abels. Micki is a writer, author, intuitive transformational life coach, and meditation instructor. Micki loves writing and is the author of My Soul Contract, A Teaching Memoir of Trauma, Truth, and Transformation, and a children's book, What Made You Smile Today? A book of feelings and connection. Micki also has a new program called Wake Up In Your Dream where she says, change is not hard; it’s uncomfortable. Micki loves music, yoga, and dancing and welcomes time in nature, allowing her bare feet to connect to the earth.
