I have talked briefly about my health journey in past episodes, but I haven't actually told the whole story. I realize more and more as I talk to people that most don't know why I changed my lifestyle or why I eat the way that I do and why I changed how I feel my body. That why was the start of my whole journey, and I think it’s important to share that.
I have been on this journey for 14 years. It has been a crazy one. It hasn't always been easy. But it has been beautiful and it was here for a reason. The pain led to beauty and that led to passion. It led to purpose. It led to friendships, it led to growth. It led me here, right here with you. So, today I’m telling you all about my journey to a healthy and happy life.
