Since I have transformed my eating plan to Keto which I eat Cocao Butter, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Tallow and Lard my body is the size I have dreamed my whole life of it being. My hot flashes also go away when I leave the carbs alone. Keto make me feel beautiful. My brain loves healty fats! If you want to feel better try a high fat eating plan. The Inuit people have been Keto for generations.

Today is my father's birthday. Health is always on my mind as my parents never really took care of their health properly. :~)
