This episode features Michelle Krastiņš from Dallas, TX - a social media sensation with 4.1 million reel plays on Instagram, a full-time working mom to Wells, and a business owner at Bub & Babe. Michelle had a long and arduous journey from 2018 to 2019 where she miscarried twice: once naturally, delivering her placenta at home, and once through a Dilation and Curettage (D&C) procedure to remove tissue from inside the uterus.
Goes without saying that it was a rollercoaster of emotional highs and almighty lows leading to the eventual birth of her healthy baby boy, Wells, in 2020. Having said that, Michelle’s delivery was a near-death experience that took a toll on her emotionally, physically & mentally. In this episode, we chat with Michelle about how she coped with her miscarriages, what helped her get pregnant again and why she had a daunting birth experience despite a healthy pregnancy.
