This is a fizzy, pink noise sound with one of my favourite music tracks for soothing bedtime anxiety. Pink noise (and other colours of noise) is found to be helpful for people with over-active thoughts, ASD and ADHD, as a distractive sound. Play at the level that feels the most comfortable for you.
