So I've decided to, last minute, arrange a meet up/event for everyone who listens and follows. This event is going to be happening on the 11th August from 1pm to 5pm. This event is all about giving mental health a voice. To help break the stigma, and show you that it's ok not to be ok. I'll be inviting down other mental health advocates, speakers, and you'll hear from others sharing their powerful stories. I'll also be delivering a presentation talking about a moment in my life I've never shared before. It's going to be hard, but hopefully powerful. I'd love to see you there...
