So as some of you know, I recently run the first Speak Your Strength meet up in London. 35 people showed up, and I delivered this presentation you're about to listen too. In it, I talk about the pain after my Dad's suicide and how I struggled to deal with the bereavement that comes with suicide. As you may know yourself, mental health can affect anyone. It doesn't discriminate. And hopefully my vulnerability in this episode can help bring more awareness to mental health and suicide in particular.
