Hey guys! Welcome on Mason ( a Salt Lake City Native) that brings his inspriation to us all! I loved having him on becuase we dove into the behind the scenes of an injured runners mental health. Although he has healed, since hurting his achilies, he was able to make a dramatic comeback. Not to mention, this was after he was able to lose a tremendous amount of weight with one decision he made one day by just taking the first step to being a runner.
