Today we chat about a topic that many of us do daily and it really impacts our self-care on many levels. Comparing ourselves to others and making it mean something more than we should.
We are all individual and how we look after ourselves is completely different so when we start to compare ourselves to others it can really bring up alot of background stuff that changes how we act, what we do and how we think not only about ourselves but our lives.
It can have a positive vibe to help motivate us at times but today we chat about different ways we can shift our awareness to how it is impacting your life and why it is important to reflect on.
