In this episode, Sara shares that, Yes, you can get through pain and come out on the other side. The most important action is to Choose You. She shares 3 reasons of why this choice is so important.
Choosing you includes self-reflection, doing some deep work, putting yourself through things that are hard for you, ultimately discover you and know what you are capable of. The goal is to come out with a new version of yourself that is reflective of what and who you want to be in life.
The Three Reasons to Choose you:
1.Find what it most important to you, in your heart, and soul. Find your integrity and what is important to you.
2. See what you are capable of. See what you can achieve.
3. Deepen your intuition and knowing. Learn to rely and trust your own gut feelings.
Sara has climbed and camped out on trails for the last 7-8 years. What she has realized is that you can’t see the beauty of the summit unless you do the climb. This is literal and a metaphor for working through the difficult and the rewards it brings.
