Pete Jones is the creator of goodinthehead and also a dear friend of mine. We've known each other for 6 years now and he has been a constant source of inspiration and motivation and has introduced me to so many incredible books, podcasts, and human beings. His presence is a blessing in my life and many others, and he has a powerful and inspiring personal story to share of overcoming depression through mindset shifts and daily habits that compound over time.
