I mentioned during my last episode that I was going to have a very special guest coming up for my second episode in 2023, and I delivered. Today's guest is my husband, Vinod Zinnoury. Whereas he is not a dietitian, professional chef or nutripreneuer, he is indeed a food lover (and at times my own personal at home chef). This, and the fact that I married him, was a good enough qualification ☺️Listen in as we discuss Vinod's upbringing in a small town in France, his Indian roots, the differences he notices about food and lifestyle/culture in France vs. parts of the US, and more. This is a fun-loving episode, which concludes with some simple and actionable words of wisom from Vinod.
