Here I go over the guidelines for preparing raw food meals, since this way of eating is a little different from what you are used to doing. It's a whole lot easier, in my opinion, but you do need to follow a few simple rules. Soy protein food is something you want to avoid eating unless it is fermented. Natto, miso and tempeh are the only forms that have any nutritional value. MSG is Monosodium Glutamate which goes by many different names and is a flavor enhancer added to almost all processed foods. GMOs are Genetically Modified Organisms that have never been tested long-term on humans for safety.
