Ryan Hernandez is an End Times Cult survivor who has made it his mission to make a platform where survivors and thrivers can share their stories of healing and resilience.
He shares his experiences and healing with me here along with a helpful tip for anyone wanting to leave or already left a cult, to help them on their healing journey.

After experiencing years of physical, emotional, spiritual abuse and manipulation, Ryan experienced a period of confusion, guilt, shame, and depression.
Finally, after leaving the End Times Cult, Ryan had to rediscover friendships, family connections, and most importantly, a relationship with himself in order to truly start the healing journey.
Today, Ryan is the host of the podcast The Truth That Heals which gives a platform for others who have experienced hardships and difficulties to share their experiences and to hopefully share nuggets of wisdom which will help others in their own healing journeys.
