Josh opens up about his previous restrictive dietary habits, his obsession with exercise and how a phone call from a concerned school teacher may have saved his life. Josh also gives his general advice for parents or friends of someone who is suffering with an eating disorder.
We also discuss the global increase in Steroid and Ozempic use and the social pressures and personal reasons behind why people may subscribe to these drugs.
