Stephany has expertise as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, and has discovered the incredible power of this modality in releasing emotional blockages, eliminating self-sabotaging patterns, and cultivating a life filled with joy, balance, and self-empowerment. To add, she draws from her experience as an attorney, to provide invaluable insights into dealing with a narcissist in court. Her expertise in navigating the legal system while facing the challenges of narcissistic trauma adds a unique perspective to her transformative journey. As a dedicated mom to three boys, Stephany understands the importance of healing and breaking free from the cycle of abuse for the sake of future generations. Her personal experiences as a parent further enrich her ability to connect with others and guide them on healing from narcissistic abuse.
