Today I host an episode talking about how we can use negative feedback as an opportunity to grow, improve and get closer to our goals. I was very much used to being defensive or beaten down by any form of negative feedback or criticism, and as a result it would make my journey even harder to accomplish.
I share how I created a shift in mindset to better manage other peoples beliefs and “advice” and offer some tips on how you can do the same.
