Coach Bidne is the owner of Explosive Mechanics gym in Peachtree Georgia. Bidne played College Football at the University of Memphis, and while there he qualified for the Collegiate Weightlifting Championships for Olympic lifts. He received the Iron Tiger Award for his achievements in the weightroom. He has a world ranked IPF bench press and Georgia state record holder in USA Powerlifting. In his time of operating a gym it has seen 43 athletes over a 40” vertical in 2017 the gym had the number 1, 7 and, 9 vertical jumps in the nation. Explosive mechanics has had an outstanding 120 plus athletes receive Division 1 offers. Bidne has a degree in exercise science from Memphis, He is certified through the NCSA as a Distinguished Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, He has a Westside Special Strengths Certification and has a Specialist in Sports Nutrition Certification. He worked in the human performance lab at the University of Memphis and has taken that experience to create a laboratory of his own at Explosive Mechanics.
