They discuss the services that they currently offer including The Listening Ear Service, Support for Carers, the Facebook Virtual Friendship Cafe and lots more. A considerable part of all of these ways of support is dealing with bereavement and grief, but there's also a lot of chat about mental health and general wellbeing too.
