To live remarkable is to step into the highest wisdom of your authority – authority as self-empowered, self-governing, of right action, of honor and grace – and acting with self-control.

This becomes a deliberate example of confidence that builds from personal expertise – of self-knowledge, personal autonomy and a strong sense of self.

It is to live your greatest each and every moment – greatness that is your natural state – as love in action.

To live remarkable is to choose using your free will to live upstanding – to be excellent, to shine beyond, to do your very best – to live by the highest level ideals you can possibly have - now and of this moment.

Today's Episode:

When we experience a stressful situation- that causes us dysregulation the ideal is that we regulate ourselves to return to homeostatic balance.

In today’s world and if we are bombarded with stressors both perceived and actual – our nervous system doesn’t always have an opportunity to return to homeostatic balance before another stressor appears.

The result becomes a chronic state of dysregulation that we live in from the moment we start to read our emails in the morning or as we arrive at work. For some dysregulation occurs as our first thoughts of the day are anxiety-filled.

This is why it is important to actively regulate your nervous system – to in essence – nourish it - and how you do this is to be mindfully attuned to your body and mind so that you can create harmony and ease in how you feel.

Here I guide you in two of the simplest ways to effectively regulate and nourish your nervous system ~ using specific breathing techniques.
