We have a very open waffle about surgery, men's mental health, body dysmorphia, and how toxic social media can be. This waffle goes in all directions and covers topics such as sexuality, authenticity, and coping mechanisms with the hope that it inspires others to open up about what they are going through

Following some time away, Charlie is now back with a brand new fire in his belly to inspire others to be comfortable in their own skin. His brand new programme, Beyond Your Physical, has been developed to help people become the best version of themselves!
