Does thinking about goal-setting make you cringe? Oftentimes we’re burned by goal setting, especially regarding health-related goals. We set lofty goals because we’re ambitious! Determined! And hold a big vision for ourselves. However, that doesn’t work and leaves us feeling unaccomplished.
In this episode I talk about ditching goals and, rather, making (and keeping) daily promises to yourself to build trust, self-esteem, and confidence with food and with your body and beyond.
