Gareth Sapstead aka The Fitness Maverick is a Personal Trainer, Online Coach, Writer and Personal Trainer for the BBC.
Gareth has been helping people just like you get strong and look good naked since 2005.

Gareth is a Coach, fitness maverick and forward-thinker. He’s accrued tens of thousands of hours coaching in-person, from celebs, to athletes, to busy professionals. During this time he has helped many clients overcome every obstacle under the sun, ultimately allowing them to regain control of their time and physique. Gareth has a Masters Degree (MSc) in Strength and Conditioning Science, a Bachelors Degree (BSc) in Sports and Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA – maintained since 2011).
