My great friend Daniel Tindall from Make Ready Men rejoins me for his second appearance on the show and we go deep on many areas of mental and spiritual health. Daniel helps Men to develop themselves through a combination of Mindset and Menswork. This allows men to step up and take radical responsibility for their lives allowing them to understand how they can influence what they can control and how better to allow and accept the things they can’t.

Menswork is about Men supporting one another to delve deep into the inner working of our mind and spirit. Make Ready aims to provide these spaces to delve into this work and together look at what healthy masculinity is as well as working through many aspects of our selves that have resulted in self imposed barriers being present in our lives. This provides space for men to voice what they’ve got going on for them in a judgment free space. A space designed for authentic connection.
