To unpack this question, we’re going to analyse some quotes about reality by Albert Einstein, Deepak Chopra and Steve Chandler. We’re also going to explore the notion of “objective” reality, our self-understanding, the content of our mind and the learned beliefs of what we are. We’re going to strip off the layers from these ideas in order to see what reality really is.
