I’ll be the first to say it. I had no idea aerial yoga was even a thing! Performing yoga poses, 3 feet off the ground in a hammock. First thoughts are: is there any need?
Second thoughts of course: Should people bother with this?
Is it that different to regular mat yoga? Something we also tried on the pod nearly 2 years ago, so at least we can compare. Whats the point in the hammock? Any added benefits? Just for fun?
We’re answering all these questions (also taking to Reddit to get some opinions) as well as talking about about our experience trying aerial yoga to let you know - is this something you should bother with?
