Training in martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, wrestling, & Muay Thai is my outlet for improving my mental health and becoming a better person. Shop our apparel line made for the Jiu-Jitsu athlete at https://jiujitsuoutlet.com/

On this 71st episode of the podcast, I sit down with a blue belt in BJJ - my training partner James Johnson.

Growing up with Tourette syndrome made James a target at school and led him to developing suicidal thoughts. Through his faith in a higher power and the confidence he's found through Jiu-Jitsu, James has been able to change his life and become an entrepreneur.

In this episode, we chat about James' journey through the martial arts and how they have helped his mental health and life off the mats. We discuss why James decided to start a vending machine business and what he's learned from becoming an entrepreneur.

On this episode, James shares about how he recently discovered he's on the autism spectrum and why this realization was so impactful for his life.

Listen to this episode and learn about why Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can become a massive catalyst for change in a person's life.
