Long story short, I tried several times to replace the original audio file because I had re-recorded the sermon, and it was better and different. It wouldn't replace, and so this episode, while same in title and topic, is a new one.
I'm certainly no expert, and there are tons of books and videos out there addressing this issue, but this question was bothering me quite a bit this week. So, I wanted to discuss it with y'all.
