Investing through learning, working consistently on something or simply paying attention to weaker areas in your life that you would love to see improved for your over all well being and happiness.
This can be done on your own, with a mentor, or someone who can just be accountable for you to remind you when you are doing really well, since we tend to be our worst critics. Taking the journey with someone who has achieved what you really want, in person or online, can save you years and years of trial and error.
We never tend to regret what we do, we mostly tend to regret what we don't do, so if there's something you wish you were better at, or an area in your life you want to turn into a strength, GO FOR IT! Why limit yourself? How would improving a particular area in your self care or lifestyle make all the difference?
