Are you feeling drained of energy and that you’re constantly in ‘survival mode’? You’re exhausted by the end of the day and all you want to do is sit on the couch and 'veg'. So, here's the question: is there a way to eat that can naturally boost energy levels? The answer is, “Yes!”

Feeling tired, wiped out and exhausted was exactly how my guest Paul C. felt…That is, until he moved to a whole food plant-based diet along with an exercise regimen. Within 4 months, he not only lost weight, and received doctor’s approval to drop certain medications, but also felt a real boost to his energy levels, and a desire to do MORE, even after a long day’s work.
