In 2018, the loss of a loved one led Caro to rethink the way she was living her life. She left her fast-paced city career behind, and started developing a new lifestyle for herself.
Caro started her training in therapy and today, she is an integrative therapist working with common mental health presentations and has a special interest in addiction treatment.
