In this episode, we discuss some of the frustrating and entertaining things our ADHD causes us to do. Life is chaotic and challenging for everyone and the brain is a confusing thing in general, so it IS totally normal to do some of these things now and then! However, if you're neurodivergent (or wondering if you are) then this kind of stuff probably happens for you regularly, to the point of making life pretty difficult and overwhelming at times. Sometimes it is just nice to know you aren't alone and that others understand. Hopefully sharing some of our experience and tips can help others!
