The brain needs to rest. I saw this saying on a hobbit-style hut while visiting a retreat center in the Sacred Valley of Peru. It was a reminder to us “busy humans” to give it a rest, slow it down, shut it down. It’s been many years after first seeing this reminder, and it still makes me pause.
