Do you remember the wonder that you used to feel as a kid? In this episode of Never in Reverse, we’re tapping into that wonder and discussing curiosity. Curiosity is all about being open to new ideas and experiences, pushing you out of your comfort zone.

The culture at Fluent Conveyors is driven by curiosity, with leadership being open to ideas from their team and constantly looking for opportunities to brainstorm. This curiosity doesn’t have a 100% success rate, but it does allow Jeremy and Doug to stay ahead of the curve of innovation.
