When and what is the Lion's Gate? It is a time when we begin to see the return of Orion and the stargates of the universe as the Sun in Leo syncs up to the star Sirius (known as the "spiritual sun") and generates a high-frequency energy that activates the Lion's Gate portal.
We love numbers and symbols, and 8-8 is magical. 2024 reduced is also equal to 8, and many celebrate the triple 8 day on 8-8-2024, and believe the complete gateway is open between 8-8 and 8-15. In numerology, 8 is the number of infinity and manifestation.
It's a time believed to be when the universe creates a window of energy surge that gives us a chance to elevate our souls. It opens every year, and it brings a time of loving kindness and generosity flow in abundance. It's a time that reminds us to be in the flow of infinity, as the number 8 turned sideways reminds us of ever-turning energy that ebbs and flows. The sun and Sirius both carry masculine archetypes and bring a blast of GO, MOVE, and conquer energy. Timeframe is usually around Aug 8-15 - but the entire month of August is the opportunity for shift, change and inner exploration.
Aug. 8- is sandwiched between the New Moon in Leo on Aug 4 and the Full Moon in Aquarius on Aug. 19. August appears to be another month of opportunity to shift, release, create, and explore. Laurie includes a gift of Light Codes at the end of this podcast. Enjoy!
