If you want to make more and work less, you NEED to start building a team around you. It's not an option. By delegating all the tasks on your plate to others, you free up more time to do more business. Plus you put great people in the right seats where everyone knows their roles.
THIS is where you can start to sell more homes in less of your time.
But it all starts with making the very first hire, and committing to the process of determining who to hire in the future.
In this episode, Dustin Brohm discusses the importance of making your first hire as a real estate agent and building a team. He emphasizes that hiring a transaction coordinator should be the very first hire Real Estate Agents make, as a TC is a simple and affordable way to outsource all those countless administrative tasks.
He also encourages agents to identify the tasks they spend their time on and categorize them to determine which roles they can hire for. By delegating non-income producing activities, agents can focus on the tasks that generate business and ultimately build a successful real estate business.
